La Libertad Lake is a man-made lake located in the interior barangay of Kapatagan,  Lanao del Norte. I am not sure if this was initially intended to be a tourist attraction or something else but it is definitely emerging as one of the go to places when visiting the province. La Libertad Lake Adventure in Kapatagan Lanao del Norte is the first hugely brilliant man-made lake I have ever seen in my entire life. And this man-made lake is not out-of-the-way from the very heart of the town named Kapatagan. And for those adventure seekers like me and my friends, anyone would love the adventure they will take when they will go to La Libertad Lake Adventure in Kapatagan.

La Libertad is situated at approximately 7.8745, 123.7157, in the island of Mindanao. Elevation at these coordinates is estimated at 181.9 meters or 596.8 feet above mean sea level.
